We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship throughout the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

3. Tracking & Notifications

A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to monitor delivery status in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

KunalGroups.com complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and shipment of glass pipes and accessories. We do not ship to locations where such items are restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of these products in your area before purchasing.

5. Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kunalgroupllc@gmail.com. Include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or credit if eligible.
